13A. Customs clearance and import responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and arrives at the destination country’s customs office, the responsibility for clearance, payment of duties and taxes, and compliance with local regulations lies exclusively with the customer. If customs authorities refuse entry, seize, or otherwise prevent delivery of the order for any reason, including import restrictions, unpaid duties, or regulatory requirements, Ariana Spa Supplies will not be liable for non‑delivery.

Such circumstances do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback. Delivery to the destination country’s customs authority constitutes proof of fulfillment of Ariana Spa Supplies’ shipping obligations, and in such cases, the risk of loss, delay, or rejection rests solely with the customer.

The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of class, collective, or representative proceeding; by agreeing to these Terms, you and Ariana Spa Supplies are each waiving the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class arbitration to the fullest extent permitted by law.
