Shipping policy

Free U.S. Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days. Free standard shipping is available to all 50 states and U.S. territories.

Carriers & Tracking: We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships. All deliveries require an adult signature.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your order shows as delivered but is missing, contact us within 2 weeks. We will investigate and reship if possible. Ariana Spa Supplies is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages: If your package is unable to be delivered, unclaimed, or refused, customers are responsible for all costs associated with shipping and return. These charges will be deducted from any refund.
